ABOUT THIS ITEM:
Individual tobacco card issued out of England by Godfrey Phillips in 1936. This card is from the "Screen Stars" series and measures approximately 1 3/8" x 2 11/16". From Series B, this is card #42 Jean Muir. Embossed oval border surrounding color photo on attractive white background. Reverse side of card denotes that back is adhesive. Image of reverse shown here is only an example so you can see what the back looks like.
GRADING - CONDITION:
Grades a strong EX or 5/10 though very clean on the front on the card with just some slight touches of wear to the edges and corner tips. Reverse side has a couple of very tiny spots of paper residue (possibly residue from a previous mounting caused by factory adhesive).
